You are able to complete a Job Interest Card on Governmentjobs.com which will provide you email notifications for the 12 months following submission, anytime a position opens with the City whose category matches one of the categories you have selected. Internal Promotional Opportunities are not included.

When you apply for a position with the City of Port Hueneme you create an account thru GovernmentJobs.com. You are able to access and update your account at any time with GovernmentJobs.com. You are also able to apply for multiple jobs with your one account.
Once the position is closed, candidates will be notified via email of their status. If selected to move forward in the process, candidates will be provided direction.
