Credit card and E-Check payments can be made online via Click2Gov.
AUTO-PAY
Automatic payments via credit card can be set up online with Click2Gov. To set up automatic payments through a checking or savings account, please contact our office.
BY MAIL
A return envelope is provided with your utility bill - this envelope is addressed to our safe deposit lockbox in Los Angeles. Please enclose the detachable portion of your bill along with a check or money order made payable to the City of Port Hueneme. Please do not mail cash or credit card information.

IN PERSON payments
City Hall has reopened.
- Cash, credit/debit, check and money order payments can be processed at City Hall during normal business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru Thursday and alternating Fridays. City Hall is located at 250 North Ventura Road, Port Hueneme, CA 93041.
- After hours payments can be left in the Drop Box located at the exit of the Pearl Street parking lot. Please note, drop box payments are applied to the account the next business day. *Check/money orders only
over the phone
If you would like to pay by phone with a credit or debit card, Finance staff can assist you with your payment by calling (805) 986-6524 during regular business hours.
BILL PAY SERVICE
Many banks offer a bill pay service. It is important to note, that when submitting an electronic payment through your bank, a physical check is mailed to our office by a third party 5-10 business days after the electronic transaction. If you choose to submit via Bill Pay, please allow enough time for the payment to reach our office as we are not responsible for this delay. If you would like to submit an on demand payment, please use our Click2Gov service.
