Bubbling Springs is a natural, unlined stormwater channel that provides drainage from the Bard Road area to the beach. The channel discharges into the J Street Canal which then drains to the ocean. There is a variety of animals living in and adjacent to Bubbling Springs. One can see a variety of beautiful bird species, fish, frogs, turtles, crayfish, squirrels, raccoons, lizards, and even some Canadian geese that have taken up residence.
