This state-of-the-art facility is located next to the Ray Prueter Library and Bubbling Springs Park. The Community Center features a large auditorium with a stage, kitchen facilities, outside patio, children's play area and meeting rooms available for rent.

Classes & Programs
Recreation offers many programs in the arts that inspire. We offer dance, gymnastics, Zumba and a variety of classes for tots, teens, and adults, as well as for our Senior Citizens. We offer a variety of programs during the week (days and evenings). If you have any question about classes, please call 805-986-6542 or stop by the center.
Port Hueneme Historical Museum
The Port Hueneme Historical Museum is located at 220 Market Street in Port Hueneme. Built in 1925, the Museum houses historical artifacts, photographs, and information on the history of the Hueneme area. Architect Myron Hunt designed the building, and he was also responsible for designing the Bard Mansion, Huntington Library, and the Ambassador Hotel. View the museum hours.

The Museum is hosting a "Distinguished Speaker Series" featuring special guest speakers sharing experiences or historical information about people and places in Ventura County. This is a wonderful opportunity if you are interested in local history. These events normally are held on Saturdays at the Museum.
